As a standard practice, four times a year we will be asking you to tell us how we’re doing.  Your complete honesty will help us help you, and will allow us to build a fantastic relationship together.Thanks so much for taking your time to offer us your help. If you get a "laugh" out of some of the answers, we're glad...but our level of service to you is "no laughing matter."   We take it very seriously and want to improve in every aspect possible.
